Mostly the people of America love to eat snacks frequently in a day but this habit of taking snacks is really dangerous for especially those who don’t exercise regularly because this habit induces a lot of calories or fats in the body. Snacks can also help to increase the number of nutrients but the amount is very low as compared to the calories that are too much in it. According to research that was conducted by the center of human nutrition on this issues that if we can’t leave the habit of snack taking then we should adopt those snacks which are healthy and have more nutrient instead of calories.
